Baidu Announces Filing of Form 20-F with the SEC

BEIJING, June 6 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Baidu.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: BIDU), the leading Chinese language Internet search provider, today announced that it filed its annual report Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 5, 2008. The annual report can be accessed on Baidu's investor relations website at http://ir.baidu.com . Baidu will provide a hard copy of the annual report containing its audited consolidated financial statements, free of charge, to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
